Arty with a luxury feel from the incredible star projection you can watch in your bedroom at night, to access to premium cable TV almost like you are home. You really do not miss your favorite shows. There is a kitchen to fit your cooking needs and to create bonding. The bedroom is very romantic for those who want to rediscover love or embrace their togetherness. The Bedroom offers a glass view as pictured for an inspirational or peaceful time. The home has no stairs so it’s an easy entrance for those who don’t like to climb stairs. The screened deck allows you to relax with family or work from home with its alluring conversation seats. Home has a little office space and a cute table for dining. Wi-Fi is fast in the home for games, binge watching TV or work. Guest access Guest can access the single concrete driveway part next to the subdivision’s entrance that can take 1 car. They can access the backyard. Backyard is shared with the tenants. There is a grill for the tenant in the other unit, do not use without permission and if to use, be sure to use it outside and not on the deck. The private screened deck downstairs isn’t shared. It’s for guests only. Upstairs deck isn’t to be accessed by guest as it belongs to the tenant that lives upstairs. The entrance is the fence with the sign in front of the driveway. Other things to note Home is in the ground floor section with its own entrance. It is not in the basement. This is not a basement home. There is a family that lives upstairs. They are very private and keep to themselves. There is another unit in the home for other guests too. Home has a total of 3 units and is in a peaceful neighborhood. The single white concrete part of the driveway for only one car next to the main road is for guests of this unit. Garage isn’t accessible to guests. The private patio isn’t shared. Backyard is shared. The backyard is large.
