Our villa consists of two distinct levels and features 3 rooms which comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons (6 adults and 2 children)
The ground level includes 2 master bedrooms. The first bedroom is a luxury double room with a king size bed, 2 sofa beds, 2 individual bathrooms and a huge balcony. The other bedroom is a luxury bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. The rooms are fully equipped with A/C, satellite TV, office, mini bar, coffee machine.
The upper level features 1 additional master bedroom & 1 individual bathroom with balconies overlooking Naxos town, villages, the alluring rock formations, beaches.
And the best place our 70m pergola which consists of 1 huge sofa with an oak wood table, an external Cycladic designed kitchen fully equipped with oven, big fridge and sink just to make the most delicious meals.

From the beginning when we first contacted Katerina and through the booking process everything went seamlessly. Katerina arranged for our transport from the airport and booked a rental car for us which was brought to the property upon our arrival. When we arrived Katerina and Nikos were there to greet us personally with huge smiles and showed us the property. Words can not express our appreciation for the service provided; from the daily home made breakfasts, fully stocked refrigerator, mini bars, laundry service, cleanliness and all of the recommendations where to eat and sites to visit. Katerina and Nikos went above and beyond all expectations! We look forward to going back again soon!

Quite simply, perfect!
Amazing, perfect, idyllic, best vacation ever! Those were some of the words my family used to describe our time at Amodara. Where to start? First, we travel a lot and have been all over of the world on business and for leisure. Without a doubt, our time with Katarina and Nikos at Amodara Boutique Villas was one of the best. The property itself is exquisite in every detail – the peaceful private pool, the comfortable beds, the luxurious five bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen and minibars, the terrace, the beautiful surrounding landscaping with vineyards and olive trees. But most of all, it was Katarina and Nikos’ genuine warmth and caring of their guests that we appreciated. They arranged transportation, tours, sail boats and restaurants from places that held the same high standards they had. They would cook amazing breakfasts every morning with local Naxian produce and dairy. And, they were always attentive, responsive and wanted to know whether we were comfortable throughout our stay. We got to know them over the week we stayed, and have to admit there were tears shed when we had to say goodbye. They made us fall in love with Naxos and created memories for our family that will last a lifetime.

Perfection
Sometimes you just know when booking a place that it will be special and I had that feeling when booking Amodara. Katerina and Nico have created a villa that is everything you could want and more for an idyllic Greek getaway. The villa is gorgeous, the location ideal with being able to walk to shops and restaurants and down to the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach (which was our favourite of all the beaches), and the hosts phenomenal. I've never utilized a host so much for dinner reservations and excursion advice but Katerina was always willing to help and it was a joy getting to meet her and her family. I especially loved that the villa was tucked away off the main drag next to a farm so when you walked out you didn't feel like you were amongst a bunch of other tourists and high end villas, but instead in your own beautiful house next to sheep and goats and grape and olive trees. It was so very zen and beautiful and all 7 members of our party felt that. It's the best vacation villa we've ever rented and my only advice would be to book it now and then sit back and soak it all in.

Naxos Dream Villa
Just a short walk from the stunning crystal blue waters of Prokopios Beach, The Amodara Villas offer the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Hosts Katerina and Nick are from Naxos and will guide you to the best spots on the island to ensure you have the perfect holiday. Each morning, you’ll be served an incredible farm to table breakfast featuring Naxian fare. After you return from a day exploring the island, enjoy a glass of local wine and relax by your private pool. We look forward to returning to Naxos and staying at the Amodara Villas!

Dreamland Luxury Villa
Katerina was such a delightful host! She was so attentive to our needs and provided us with all the answers we needed for our questions about the island. The location was great and the villas were so dreamy. Can’t wait to come back some day!

Spectacular Luxury and Hospitality
We just finished a wonderful vacation at Amodara Villas in Naxos, Greece. If you are looking for beautifully appointed accommodations, spacious rooms, outdoor luxury, and the hospitality of being invited into someone’s room, then look no further! First, Katerina and Nico were kind, accommodating, helpful, and discrete hosts who were around when we needed them, but also provided total privacy as well. They helped us with every request—from our son’s love of olives to assistance when our daughter got an ear infection to recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. Their warmth and love of these villas and the surrounding farm are apparent with every interaction. We already miss them!
Second, the photos of the villas do not do them justice. Bianca villa is breathtaking. When you walk into the open air living room/kitchen, you are met with the perfect Naxian breeze and an exquisite view of the pool and mountains. We enjoyed breakfasts there, and lazy days at the pool. The bedrooms are also very comfortable and spacious, with quality mattresses, sheets, pillows, and blankets. There is more than enough room to store your clothing and personal effects. The rooms are also beautifully decorated and architecturally designed. The smallest design details did not go unnoticed—the arched entry ways; rock walls; wooden and painted beams; lovely stone; and beautiful wooden vanities. It is exactly what you would dream up if you were building a Greek island villa!
Third, the outdoor pool area almost is too good to resist! (But you should resist it at least a little because the island itself has a lot to offer!). The water is clean and the beds in the pool are the perfect place to enjoy a book.
It is hard to list all of the perks. There were yoga mats, which we brought to the balcony to do morning exercises. The Nespresso was stocked. When we arrived, there were fresh water bottles (in abundance), juice, wine, beer, delicious fresh fruits, and chocolate and chips as well. There are nice plastic glasses to use outdoors, and beautiful glass and earthenware for indoors. There is a television in each bedroom and a strong AC in each bedroom as well. There is daily housekeeping and laundry. It was an absolute dream. We can’t wait to return!

A most pleasant stay
We stayed 5 wonderful days in June 2023. The location is ideal. Walking distance to town, but located in picturesque private countryside. My husband and I took advantage of the proximity, walking into town each morning for a wake up cappuccino.
The villa was tremendous. Impeccably clean and comfortably appointed. The villa was our oasis after exploring the island by day. We enjoyed the pool so much. The beds that sit atop the pool were our favorite detail.
Katerina and Nico were the most gracious and amazing hosts. Katerina made us breakfast every morning. That breakfast kept full each day until 4:00! She has a warm and welcoming demeanor that puts you at ease from day one. Nico quietly comes in to set the breakfast down in the wonderful kitchen with the most gorgeous view of the mountains. He was so helpful with anything that we needed.
Our hosts thought of every amenity we could have needed. Our laundry was thoughtfully placed on the drying rack each day. That was such a huge luxury for us. The villa was cleaned thoroughly each day.
Our stay in Naxos left nothing to be desired. We truly loved our stay and would love to return. Katerina & Nico are so kind and warm hearted. Meeting them was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend the Amodara Boutique Villas.

Our favorite vacation rental EVER!!!
Katerina and Nikos are the SWEETEST hosts. Katerina made us an amazingly delicious breakfast every day (included in the price) and Nikos delivered it. She uses fresh Naxian ingredients: eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade jams, bread, croissants. More food than you could ever eat.
She arranged free transport for us to and from the port.
She arranged for a rental car company to bring us a car to rent to the villa. And they picked it up at the end of our trip.
She is super responsive and helpful for anything you need.
She shared a PDF of awesome things to do around Naxos that we referred to everyday.
We were super nosy and plied her with tons of questions to find out about Naxos, her history, and her family and she was happy to tell us great stories. This made Naxos even more enjoyable.
And then there is the villa itself (we stayed in Villa Blanca.) It is BEYOND beautiful. I felt like we were in a movie. Even more stunning than in the photos. There are three bedrooms with super comfortable beds and FIVE bathrooms (all with showers). The primary bedroom has two separate in-suite bathrooms, and each of the other bedrooms has an in-suite bathroom.
Then there is the giant living/dining/kitchen room that opens onto the pool with two giant sliding doors. It also has its own full bathroom!
The pool is wonderful and the grounds are beautifully landscaped.
Everything is super clean, new, and comfortable. A super sweet maid comes and cleans every day (also included in the price).
It’s an easy walk down to the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach where there are lots of restaurants, a dive shop, a small market, and beach beds with umbrellas.
I always like when people leave some of the activities they really enjoyed while staying somewhere, so here are ours:
1. We ate at Giannoulis no less than four times. It’s an easy walk from the villa. The food is yummy and the head waiter, Nico, is the friendliest waiter I have ever met. He makes everyone in the restaurant so happy which makes the atmosphere so convivial and fun.
2. We visited the lovely mountain towns of Chalkio, Apeiranthos, Apollonas
3. We hiked part of the way up Mt Zas, visiting Zeus’s childhood cave on the way! The hike is definitely more advanced but fun and the views are amazing. We saw lots of mountain goats on the way up. We need to go back and finish the hike one day!
4. We went to the main Naxos town multiple times to shop and visit the archeology and folk museums.
5. We went scuba diving at Blue Fin Divers right near the house. Marcos, one of the instructors/dive leaders is a great guy.
6. We visited the amazing Temple of Demeter (and its little museum), the giant 10 meter tall unfinished Kouros marble statue near Apollonas, and the Temple of Apollo in Naxos town.
I cannot recommend Katerina, Nikos, and their villa enough!!!
And Naxos is such a wonderful island. Laid back and beautiful with lots to do. We want to go back and stay again at the villa with Katerina and Nikos! We did not want to leave.

An unforgettable experience
Katerina and Nikos made our trip in Naxos a once in a lifetime experience, though we’ve now visited twice because of how amazing it was the first time 😂.
They go above and beyond when it comes to the beauty of the villas, the accommodations and services provided, their hospitality, and welcoming personalities. Breakfast is AMAZING.
It’s an easy walk down to the beach (7-10 minutes), or Katerina and Nikos can get a transfer taxi set up for you to make your vacation stress free. Katerina has great recommendations for places to visit nearby or beach clubs to visit.
We went at the end of September and were pleasantly surprised by the weather being great for a majority of our stay except for 1 day being a bit gloomy and windy. All the other days were perfect.
We will be back 🤞🏼 🙏

A great villa with exceptional hospitality and lots of peace and quiet וילה נהדרת עם אירוח יוצא דופן והרבה שקט ושלווה
We stayed (3 generations) at Bianca Villa in Amodara Boutique Villas for 3 nights in July 2022.
It was a magical vacation for all of us.
The villa is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need (and more).
The pool is great, and the garden is green and blooming.
The breakfast was delicious at a chef's level, and the attitude of the hosts was warm and indulgent.
The location of the villa is outstanding - a few minutes of driving to the wonderful sandy beach of Agios Prokopios and to the excellent restaurants of the town.
Katerina and Nikos, many thanks for your perfect hospitality!

הבריכה נהדרת, והגינה ירוקה ופורחת.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה ברמת שף, והיחס של המארחים היה חם ומפנק.
מיקומה של הוילה יוצא מן הכלל - כמה דקות נסיעה לחוף החולי הנפלא של אגיוס פרוקופיוס ולמסעדות המצוינות של העיירה.
