Birch Plain, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia
The Sleeping Moose Cottage is located on the North Shore of Cape Breton Island, 8 km south of Cape Smokey, between the Cape Breton Highlands National Park (25 km) and the town of Baddeck (65 km) on the Bras d'Or Lakes.

There are lots of hiking and snowshoeing trails in and outside the National Park, and if you like golf... Highland Links is a beautiful 25-minute dri...
