Welcome to our nice Penthouse apartment about 150 meters from the beach with stunning sea views. Private roof terrace with insight protection of 35 sqm. Close to boardwalk and center. Access to the communal pool with restaurant in only 100 meters. You have five restaurants whitin 350 meters and with another 10 minutes walk you have the boardwalk with numerus restaurants and bars. In addition to a fantastic sandy beach there are bars, restaurants, marina with boat sightseeing and shopping. Watch the sun rise behind the mountains and / or go down behind the city - you sit on the first parquet floor. The incredibly beautiful mountains are well-known from movies such as 'Indiana Jones' and 'Taken 3'. To the Mediterranean, and the nearest beach it is only about 150 meters. The Bahia de Mazarron (Mazarron Bay) encompasses many beaches and coves of varying character, ranging from beautiful rocky beaches to lovely bathing areas covered with fine sand. Just by the pool area there is tennis and paddle courts. These are booked directly with the manager by telephone. Apartment is on the top floor of a 2-storey house and it is necessary to walk up a staircase to enter the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with installed water filter, so you can drink good tap water of high quality. From the kitchen you come out to a small breakfast balcony. Here it's cool on the mornings because the sun comes first in the afternoon. The two bedrooms each have a very comfortable bed with high quality mattresses, duvets and pillows, so you will sleep well. Bed linen is included. The one bed is 160 cm wide and the other bed is 140 cm wide. The living room has a 46 ' smart TV with Spanish channels. The TV has HDMI ports so you can easily connect a computer with your own HDMI cable. From the living room you have large sliding doors onto the balcony, where the view of the city and the sunset is amazing. The wifi router is in the living room and the connection works well throughout the apartment. The bathroom is very fresh and has a bathtub. Towels are provided. Outside the entrance door is the staircase to the roof terrace. On the roof terrace there is a utility room with washing machine, fridge and a large sofa and coffee table with awnings in the ceilings and walls. Here you can spend wonderful days, evenings and nights! Dishwasher, Air Conditioning with heating and cooling (separate card reader wth 10 € included) and WiFi are of course available to you. A cleaning and administration fee ensures that you get to an apartment in good condition and that you have a pleasant stay. Very well equipped (microwave would be useful!) in quiet location,lovely pool nearby and great coastal walks to Isla Plana and through Puerto to Bolnuevo. Cartegena (Puerto car park 7€ half day) is a must.
