Garzopo is a real treasure! Muchissimo we invest love and positive energy and believe that you can see and feel now that everything is over. Everything flows, the same style and theme running throughout the house and garden in harmony, all building materials and decoration match and enhance each other. You will be able to stay even for a longer period and will find themselves receiving more and more details ever so often. The house is located in a quiet area of ​​Orgiva, but right in the center, next to the church. It must have been one of the first houses in the city, so close to the church. The closest bar is 1 minute walk away where you can enjoy your coffee and toast tomato (breakfast) and there is already in the center, with all its shops, banks and restaurants. And all the other facilities that might be looking for. Upon entering Garzopo from the garage, you can climb to the house or out in the garden. Entering the front yard goes into what we call "winter garden", a corner of banks with table, Moro style, made of work and a roof to provide shade in summer and protection in the very, very few rainy days winter. Next door is a bathroom, with shower and washing machine. From here a spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Entering the garden pool is on your left. There is an outdoor shower and then a few steps to the pool. The pool is heated with a heat pump (extra charge according to use) and has integrated a bank built in where you can enjoy air bubbles (jacuzzi). Everything is tiled with very exclusive glass tiles from Italy. We were all 5 trees that were there when we bought the garden (2 lemon, an orange, a mandarin and a very old avocado), offering plenty of shade and quiet corners. There is a pergola to sit under, a charming and very secluded corner sat under a lemon tree and another corner with large table under the avocado tree. Of course, you will also find a barbecue. Above is the large open plan lounge with dining area and kitchen, very spacious, open and bright with many windows. Even in summer, always a light cooling breeze will run through the house, so it is very nice and comfortable. As in most of the house used cane river to the roof, supported by the original and tie beams together with "zoga" a rope handmade and made from a local sharp grass (esparto) and old-time material common construction. Pintadamos walls in shades of pastel colors, making the nice and relaxing atmosphere full of harmony. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and of course all other utensils, etc., that one uses these days, as kettle, toaster Passing through the dining area that leads onto a terrace, giving garden and overlooking the church and the mountains of Sierra Lujar. There is another dining table and chairs outside, always giving you the option of eating in or out. The whole house has underfloor heating (heated with biomass as olive stones and almond shells) for the colder months of the year. Hot water comes from a solar system. ppTodo Orgiva is accessible by foot from the house. You can also start from the very long walks home. Public transport links from Granada and Motril Orgiva and if you come by car, you can park in our own garage. We are in a fairly narrow alley so a very large or wide car will not be able to enter the garage. From experience we know that cars can enter up to 4,60x1,80m going behind.
