The building was originally a manor house, then rebuilt as a hotel and now has 32 apartments, where local families live.

I have teamed up with a local hostess Kairi, who is always happy to assist. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 3 pm. We value your time and privacy, so you can pick up the keys from the lockbox using a code we sent you before your arrival. After leaving the flat, you can return the key the same way. Completely hassle-free!
The hostess is available at all times if need be. Just send us an email, call or send a text.
The neighborhood is very quiet, tranquil and safe. If you have an appetite for some social interaction and would like to spend time at some of the most excellent cafes on the island, enjoy delicious meals at award-winning restaurants, the city center is just a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive away.
Saaremaa is a unique setting in this global technologically oriented world. It has all of the modern qualities but also offers the quietness and tranquility you won’t find that easy anymore.
The island has breathtaking nature, beautiful beaches, and rich history. Kaali crater where a meteorite fell thousands of years ago is a must, and also Kuressaare castle which was built during the 13th century.
Getting around
You can access the apartments either via public transport (a bus) or by car. The parking is free. Taxi is also available.
Kuressaare is named the Estonian spa capital, so a relaxing spa holiday is quite a common pastime here for locals coming over from the mainland. Oh, and don’t forget to pass by the ostrich farm on Muhu island on your way!
