The Paper Mill Apartment is located in the village of Lesa, half-way between the towns of Arona and Stresa, a few kilometers from the main tourist attractions of Lake Maggiore and close to beaches. The apartment consists of 4 rooms: a double bedroom, a kitchen equipped with all the necessities, a spacious dining room with table, sofa bed and a bathroom including essential. In summer you can enjoy the beautiful terrace with a chill and BBQ area. L 'apartment's architecture is very special, you can say only one of its kind, and helps to create a rustic atmosphere, but at the same time modern. The ceiling is entirely formed from wooden beams, while the wall is covered by a particular brick and stucco characterized by small red brick arches. The apartment The Paper Mill, is a characteristic apartment completely renovated, located in an old paper mill which was active until the beginning of '900, whose renovation has created a series of apartments, creating a quaint little village. The complex, located on the border of the village of Lesa and Meina, is in a slightly raised position that allows you to enjoy a partial lake view. The forest surrounding the top of the village, gives a pleasant coolness during the summer months.
Getting around
Easily accessible, it is within easy reach of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, sports centers and shops. Less than 1km there is a bus stop, where, with departures every hour, you can reach all major cities of the lake and also Milan. Less than 2 km away from the railway station of Meina. The Milan Malpensa Airport is 34km. From the landing of Stresa, you can easily reach, by boat, all major cities of the lake, the Borromean Islands and Switzerland.
