Richmond Hall is a wonderful self-catering holiday base.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cots, highchairs and stairgates. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Lawned gardens, two patios, waterfall pond, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Children must be supervised around pool area, leisure facilities and waterfall pond at all times. Note: Maid Service can be arranged by prior arrangement. Note: Check-in strictly after 4pm. Note: The owner can recommend outside caterers if required. All weather tennis court and outdoor table tennis. Note: Tennis courts are only to be used in the summer season. Please Note: Richmond Hall sleeps up to 20 people and from 28 September 2020 it can be split into 3 completely separate properties, each housing 6 guests Each self-contained property is accessed by its own external door and has completely separate indoor and outdoor facilities. The Annexe, 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with double sofa bed and family bathroom. The North Wing, accessed via the side door and up the spiral stairs, 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, family room with kitchen facility (please note the kitchen facility has a sink, fridge and microwave – no oven/hob), dining area, lounge, bar and snooker table. The South Wing, accessed via the main front door, 2 first floor double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one ground floor double bedroom with access to the toilet and washroom, plus access to the entire ground floor of the property including fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, utility room, dining room, sitting room and drawing room with pool table. The swimming pool and leisure facilities will be accessed via the external patio door, adjacent to the pond, time slots will be provided for each of the three properties to use separately and the facilities will be cleaned between each time slot. To suit individual requirements within Government guidelines, the owner will happily move beds around before each visit.
