Our lovely setting is perfect for families, couples, small groups of up to 5, but not large joint parties. Pets are welcome and there are no age limits. There are no steps, other than just a single step on to the veranda for example, everything is on a single level.

About the neighbourhood
The local historic village Eymet is just a 20 minutes walk away or 2Km by car and hosts in July and August the famous night time market. Flower, music, food and wine festivals are ample throughout the summer across all the local neighbouring villages, with a range of activities for groups for all ages in the family within 30 minutes drive. Bergerac is the nearest largest town, being 25 minutes drive away and has a bowling alley, cinema, go karting and of course cruises and canoe trips along the Dordogne. The local lakes just 15 minutes drive away have boating, high dive boards, beaches and sport games for all the family, and there are least 2 horse riding stables within 15 minutes drive of our doorstep. There are several golf courses ranging from 10 minutes to 60 minutes drive away,...
Getting around
Most of our guests come with a car, either driving from home or hiring locally from Bergerac or Bordeaux airports. We are however ideal for cyclists to base at too, with a fantastic range of hills and flat rolling roads with zero traffic to enjoy. Being just 2Km from the village, you can either choose to walk about, or drive further to enjoy other villages near by. Marmande and Bergerac both have main line train stations, with services from Toulouse, Paris being available.
