This beautiful lodge is one of a small complex of lodges commanding breathtaking views of Glenmalure valley. Adjacent to Glenmalure golf club, Glenmalure Pines is also located in the centre of the best hill-walking in the county with Lugnaquilla, the highest peak in the Wicklow mountains, closeby. The lodge is supberbly equipped, tastely decorated and extremely cosy and makes for a great spot to explore Wicklow and come home to unwind. The 2 bedroomed lodge accommodates 5 people.The master bedroom has a double and a single bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The large sitting room/dining room is a beautiful bright room in which to relax with a delightful woodburning stove, comfortable suite and dining area. Off the main hallway is a small visitor's w.c. and a utility room with a washer/dryer machine,vacuum cleaner and storage area. We enjoyed our stay at the lodge which was very comfortable. Scenic location very quiet. A good base to visit the surrounding area an hours drive from Dublin.

The lodge is furnished with everything one would require. 5 star standard. Very clean, beautiful, peaceful and within natural surroundings. I recommend this lodge and will surely come back again.

Great location, close to nearby towns and Brittas Bay. A perfect base from which to explore Wicklow. Angela was extremely helpful and considerate.The cabin itself was relaxing, homely, and very peaceful. Our two boys loved it - what more could we ask for?!

The lodge is located in Glenmalure/Greenan overlooking the valley and about 3 kilometres from Rathdrum. Apart from golf, hill-walking and some of the most beautiful scenery in Ireland, there is also birdwatching, trout-fishing, horse-riding, canoeing and many cycling routes nearby, while the premier beaches of the east coast are only 15 minutes away at Wicklow Town.
