La Mariposa is a beautifully maintained and presented villa in a quiet residential location close to Pego town centre, within walking distance of a range of traditional bars and restaurants. Outside there is private parking for two cars behind a secure sliding gate, leading past beautiful Mediterranean gardens to a lovely pool terrace with a large swimming pool. A feature of this property is the beautiful outside kitchen and bbq, complete with drinks fridge, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoors lifestyle of Spain. There is a covered naya with dining furniture, open terraces with sunbeds and parasols, and a lovely garden full of Mediterranean scents and colours. Inside the villa has been beautifully furnished and equipped, and is air conditioned throughout. The surrounding area This lovely villa is is located within walking distance of the shops, bars, and restaurants of this beautiful inland town, yet is only 8km away from the wide sandy beaches of Oliva and Denia. It also enjoys excellent access to the magnificent mountains and valleys of this beautiful part of Spain. No visit to this area would be complete without taking a short drive though lush valleys to a tiny mountain village for a Tapas lunch, a visit to a wine 'bodega', or a walk in the hills to enjoy the dramatic landscape. Management Services This property is managed by Totalcare Property Services, a local company with British and German multi-lingual staff. Their housekeepers will help you settle in to the property and will be on hand if you require any advise regarding local facilities and services. Beautiful villa in a quite neighbourhood on the outskirts of a sleepy Spanish town. The Villa has everything you could wish for inside and out. Wonderful views of the surrounding foot hills Easy access to the near by coast and beaches by car .

We have stayed in Pego a number of times and love the fact its still unspoilt with tourists. This Villa is in a perfect location, walkable to the centre. Support from the management company was superb and think this was probably the best equipped villa...More

Good quiet location for a break a breathtaking views of the mountains. Not exploited by tourist yet so still very quiet. Could do with some more local restaurants and bars.More

Many thanks for your review. I am sure you could not have explored Pego fully is you think it is short of restuarants and bars. Agreed this is not particularily a tourist town therefore it is not blessed with fancy bars and expensive restaurants, however...More

his area of Spain is served by two airports, both within 90 minutes of the property. Numerous budget airlines fly in to both Alicante and Valencia, and car rental is readily available from both airports. It is wise however to book well in advance during the main holiday season of July and August. If you are travelling by road the property is around 20 minutes from Junction 62 of the AP7 motorway.
