Location The apartment is part of a completely enclosed property, a few hundred metres from other homes, in the Tuscan countryside between Bolgheri and Bibbona, near the Magona woods and 15 minutes from the sea. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves leading to the sea. The sun sets in this direction, creating some wonderful views. Facilities Cedro 2M has air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, central heating, a baby bed, hairdryer, mosquito screens, ping pong table and parking in the property. Services The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), electricity (excluding air conditioning and heating), water, gas and internet consumptions, baby bed. The owner lives in an apartment on the first floor of the villa. Access to the property via 1.8 km of good condition gravel road. Arrival time is between 3.00 pm and 8 pm (after 8 pm a fee of 20 Euros is required). Any late arrivals have to be agreed upon in advance.
