Location Villa Bolgheri is part of a property in a secluded, calm area, a few hundred metres from other homes, in the Tuscan countryside between Bolgheri and Bibbona near the Magona woods and just 15 minutes from the coastline. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and has a view of the sea, making for some breathtaking sunsets. Facilities The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, baby bed, mosquito screens and parking. Services The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), electricity (excluding air conditioning and heating), water, gas and internet consumptions, baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are dinners, cookery courses, hired help, babysitter and mountain bike. Important Information No smoking allowed. The owner of the property sometimes lives in a property on the first floor of the villa. Access to the property via 1.8 km of gravel road in good condition. Arrival time is between 3.00 pm and 8 pm (after 8 pm a fee of 20 Euros is required). Any late arrivals have to be agreed upon in advance.
