This spacious 2 bed apartment is set within a private secure complex in an ideal location 300m from the beach, 300m from the Alvor harbour, and easy access to the top golf courses, 3 kms. The complex has a lovely garden area around the two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible via a lift if required. It has sea and pool views from each of the two South facing balconies and from the kitchen. This large apartment is 120m2 excluding the balconies. It is the largest apartment in this fabulous complex, it is on the top floor and overlooking the swimming pools and facing the sea. This apartment is ideal, very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped, with extras.So close to the boardwalk, shops, bars and restaurants. The area itself is beautiful, quaint village, with plenty to do. Hope to return. Bernadette

Rates quoted include air conditioning / heating in living room and in both bedrooms

Rates are quoted in sterling, payment can be made in euro by agreement with the owner.
A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement. Payment is by transfer directly to the owners bank account. A refundable breakages deposit of 100 Euro to be paid with balance. This will be refunded by cheque one week after departure.

Check-In is after 15.00 hours on Arrival Day, and Check-Out is by 12.00 hours on Departure Day, this can be flexible if there are no other guest arriving / departing
We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion.
