About the neighbourhood
The quiet hamlet of Llanfrynach is nestled in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Within a short walk of the front door, you can stroll directly onto the Peaks and enjoy views of the famous Pen Y Fan or walk to the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal and explore the towpaths or hire a boat to experience the canal from the water. Enjoy the abundance of nature right outside your door while you reconnect with family and friends, and take life at a slower pace. The village is surrounded by sheep and cattle farms - in sheep shearing season, you can often catch a glimpse of the shearers at work. The village has an award winning pub serving local produce either formally in the restaurant or at the bar, in addition to a wide variety of other pubs and restaurants within a short distance awa...
How to get there
Easily accessible by car from the A40 (Abergavenny Road). A Bus to the village is available which runs from Abergavenny Train Station. The bus service also runs frequently into the town of Brecon.
