About the neighbourhood
Portmagee is situated on the Iveragh Peninsula in southwest Kerry, right on the Wild Atlantic Way and just a short distance from the Ring of Kerry.
From Portmagee Harbour you can take a boat to the Skellig Michael and Skellig Islands, an UNESCO world heritage site and location of the Star Wars filming.

The easiest way of getting around is by car, which is also essential to get to Portmagee in general. There are countless things to do and places to visit and we are happy to recommend you something.
