Firstly, Trina and her husband have done an excellent job on the property. It’s clear from the second you step out of your car how much love, attention and pride they have both put in to make your stay experience one you truly will enjoy. There are so many thing you and your group can do on the property alone. My partner and I, immediately wished we were staying longer to experience them all. We will be back I have no doubt.

Chris and Trina's property is beautiful, they were wonderful hosts, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to go back.

The hosts were very wonderful very well-kept unit only issue is the washroom and that’s because I’m a little older and I need to go to the bathroom at night bit of a pain but worked through it still nice

Tucked into the trees and cliffs, this is a beautiful property. And the studio is a cute little hobbit house that gives you a nice degree of independence. Only quibble is that online listing could be a bit clearer that it is necessary to walk down a flight of stairs outside and then enter the main house in order to use the washroom. Otherwise perfect. Nice short walk down into the village.

Everything about the trip was great. We were greeted by our amazing and friendly host and their little dog, Lily. They showed us around and we fell in love with the place right away. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway from your busy and hectic schedule, this is the place for you. The beach perfect and you get a probate experience there as well. Imagine just having the beach to yourself. After a hot day at the beach, we enjoyed the hot tub which was like cherry on top. Everything about the trip was great. The hosts, the unit, the town and their cute dog. Absolutely coming back again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lund! Trina and Chris are fantastic hosts and the studio is comfortable, spotlessly clean with breathtaking views and amazing amenities. Fantastic location to Lund water taxi if you want a day trip to Savory Island. Thank you so very much for your generous hospitality.

This is a beautiful and unique property. Magnificent views of Savory Island and the ocean. We loved sitting on the gazebo, grilling some dinner, and taking in the sunset. The studio bedroom was extremely clean and cozy, as was the washroom. Trina & Chris have decorated and styled the property with great taste. I can’t say enough about how lovely Trina & Chris are. They are the epitome of warm, accommodating, and knowledgeable hosts. They made our trip very memorable and enjoyable. We feel like we’ve made new friends and can’t wait to visit again.

Nice quiet spot with a lot of amineties (patio, hot tub, sauna, etc.). :)
