We enjoyed our stay on Savary Island. The cottage came with bicycles that allowed us to visit many beaches.

We stayed for 6 nights. Everything you need is there, including a French press for coffee. Bed was comfy with fresh new linens. Ran out of toilet paper and dish soap on out last day. Bikes for use made travelling easier. Tires could use some air though. Also, no racks for panniers which would’ve helped for packing gear for long days at the beach. About a 25 min pedal to the store with some decent hills. Dogs are allowed on the property, which is great. Used the outdoor shower everyday after getting home from the beach. Chris checked us in as the owners were away and gave us some good tips. Lovely guy! Price is fair for Savary and exactly what we expected. We broke a wine glass. Sorry Glen. Would gladly return.

I felt very much at peace here, and was able to reconnect with myself, and nature, and focus on my creative work. Thank you for having me!

Cabin was cozy but not clean floors around or under bed - in fact a large black spider greeted us on our first night which caused a sleepless night. Cabin is fairly dark inside being surrounded by trees. WiFi instructions were lacking & didn’t connect us to internet most of the time. Location is about mid-island so a long trek or bike ride to the only store.

Very calm, peaceful and quiet spot with everything you need. Good location for multiple beach accesses

Beautiful for four days, close to Meadow beach with an easy access to beach, other beaches a little challenging!! Do need to be an expert on bikes on gravel roads. Bring all food and wine you need, as store is a long walk!! Really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Many thanks for sharing your wonderful space.

Such a wonderful stay at this lovely cute little cabin. Comfortable bed, great hot water and perfect in every way. Thank you guys, even though I didn’t get to meet you, maybe next time I’m back we’ll meet.up. Cheers!

We enjoyed our week staying on Savary …and loved the quiet seclusion of the cabin with the fire on the cold rainy nights with lots available kindling and wood to keep us warm! We also enjoyed lounging on the large deck on the sunny days. It was farther than anticipated from main amenities like the General store, South Beach warf. Bicycles available for use to ride but the distances were to far for us! We visited a nice accessible beach and the Sugar Shack for ice cream on foot! We were lucky to have family with a vehicle on the island who could transport us to the local events like the fantastic Wednesday rib bbq at Riggers, the Tuesday local farmers market, and the warf to watch the occasion evening sunset! 😊

First time staying on island , property was well cared for and everything we needed was here. Trip to store is an hour and a half walk, we recommend check your ( need it ) list twice.

Glen's cabin was perfect for our stay. Everything went smoothly and the cabin has everything you need for Savary.
