Woodstock is a traditional Victorian double fronted villa sitting a short stroll from the sweeping Victorian promenade and soft sandy beaches of Broadstairs. It is packed with more original features than you could wish for. Step inside and you will discover a quintessentially English home full of modern comforts but pack jammed with interesting artefacts and quirkiness. Woodstock is large and spacious. With high ceilings and large triple bay windows, it feels light and airy yet comfortable and cosy having been painted in dark colours throughout much of the house. Marble fire places adorn each room and ceiling roses and stunning cornicing are abundant throughout. As you enter the house, you will find a large lounge to your left and a dining room to your right. Towards the rear of the house you will discover the light and airy kitchen diner, downstairs toilet, pantry and utility room. In the lounge there are three sofas as well as a reclining armchair and, for the musicians amongst you, there is an antique piano. There is also a flatscreen TV with freeview and a DVD player. There are also two beautiful large marble fireplaces. To the right of the house as you enter, you will find a formal dining room with seating for 8. This has an art deco fireplace and a modern white lacquered dining table and chairs. With its' modern chandelier with mood lighting, this room makes for a cosy setting to enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. The kitchen diner towards the rear of the house runs the whole width of the house. Here you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a large dining table with 8 dining chairs (but which can seat up to 10). This is a great room to enjoy cooking and eating while socialising together. There is even a sofa to retire to with a full belly after a lovely meal! Double doors lead to a sunny deck which is a delightful place to enjoy breakfast or any meal for that matter. Steps lead from the deck to the garden where you will find a garden table which seats 8-10 people. As you climb up the stairs, on the first landing you will find a large double bedroom with separate seating area and over roof top sea views. Follow the short corridor from the first landing and you will find a large modern family bathroom with large bath and rain shower. As you follow the stairs to the second landing, you will find a further four bedrooms. The two bedrooms at the front of the house have extremely generous proportions. One is a kingsize bedroom and the other is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. You will also find two good size bedrooms off this top landing, one of which is a large single bedroom with over roof top sea views and a lovely bedroom with a small double bed which could squeeze two adults but is probably more suitable for two children. All the bedrooms have beautiful fireplaces, high ceilings, sash windows and generally lots of character with lots of quirkiness thrown in. Unusually for Broadstairs, there is parking to the rear of the house and you can use the gate at the back of the house to gain access to the back garden. If you fancy something a bit different, we also have a beach hut on Viking Bay (a few minute stroll) and there is nothing lovelier than enjoying a bottle of wine on a nice evening at the beach hut. The hut can be used all year round so even offers a lovely setting on a crisp winters' day. Woodstock is conveniently located a short stroll from the lovely beaches, restaurants and bars of Broadstairs. More

Relaxed and unspoilt, this is the perfect place for chilled-out, family-friendly fun. Broadstairs boasts an impressive seven sand-filled beaches and bays. Go to Joss Bay to learn to surf, or rural Botany Bay to saunter amid towering chalk stacks. At the town's main beach, Viking Bay, discover children's rides, beach huts, surfing, a harbour and cli...
