Brigitte and Brigitte de Valence. “Le Fruitier” is a ground floor apartment, charming and romantic. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility. It directly opens to the park and the beautiful interior courtyard of our family estate. It includes a living room of 30 m2, a dining room and a kitchen, each of 25 m2 and open, two large and two smaller bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, a large hall and a washroom. The living room is very cozy, with vaulted ceilings, two sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, HI-FI, ancient furniture and a fireplace to spend comfortable hours by the fire. The dining table can accommodate 6 people; the dishes of white Limoges porcelain and the cutlery are elegant and you will be charmed by the simplicity, taste and purity of the decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and appliances: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, food processor, steamer, blender... The laundry-room is hidden behind old wooden doors of the halls and includes a washing machine, a dryer, and iron and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner... The villa is also equipped with an excellent gas-powered central heating system: everything has been planned for to provide you with a most convenient time in Vincenti. For the bedrooms, we have selected your bedding with great care, in order to give you maximum comfort. We also prepare your villa according to the specific needs of your family and the two large bedrooms can be arranged either with a double bed 180 x 200 cm (King size) or two separate beds 90 x 200. The two smaller bedrooms have single beds of 90 x 200. When you arrive at Vincenti, your rooms and your bathrooms will be ready, carefully prepared with quality linen, duvets and towels. If necessary, we add baby beds, high chairs and changing tables: we want to offer the best environment for your little ones, who will find some toys upon their arrival. We can also introduce you with a warm local food maker from whom you can order some family meals, salads, pizzas… which he will deliver at the Fruitier. Likewise, we can put you in touch with a friendly local chef who will come on site and prepare for you a personalized gourmet meal at an affordable price. These food services are not included in our prices and they must be directly purchased from their providers. We have plenty of space in Vincenti: the 12 acres park, with century-old trees, opens onto a small forest with a little stream. From the property, one can directly walk, bike or jog in the surrounding hills and countryside. The villa has a private terrace with plenty of garden furniture and an outdoor fire pit for pleasant campfires under the stars. A gas barbecue is also available. Naturally, gas and wood are provided free of charge! For children, we have a covered playground with a ping pong table, a sandbox, playhouses and outdoor toys. There are also swings and huge lawns to run and safely play. The tennis court, with his training wall and basketball pole, is available year round and the large swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. The park is secured to the side of the road and there is plenty of space to park cars. If necessary, we also provide a garage for motorbikes or bicycles together with some tools to maintain them. Further details: - Local tax to be paid upon arrival (~0.80 € per day per adult, per local regulations). - Weekly rentals: arrivals after 4 pm and departures before 10 am, unless agreed otherwise. - Weekend stays: arrivals after 4 pm & departures by 5 pm, unless agreed otherwise. When you make your reservation, we will ask you the details of your party. This will allow us to prepare your 'home', specifically for your family and friends. Everything will be ready for you when you arrive and your beds will be comfortably prepared with fine linen and duvets. All bathrooms have hair-driers. The villa is also equipped with high chairs, baby beds, a baby bath tub and a changing table. Outside, a private terrace, with garden furniture, opens to the domain. Getting around
The Domaine de Vincenti is 3 kilometers away from the small town of Crest, with its famous medieval tower. One can find anything in Crest: supermarkets, bookstores, bakeries, butchers, wine shops, hair dressers, post office, organic food stores, fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants, bistros, pharmacies, doctors, gas stations, garages ... and a large open market every Saturday morning. In Crest, visit the beautiful ancient tower which overlooks the town since 900 years and offer spectacular views of the valley.
