The living room offers a new sofa, armchair, recliner, flat screen 42' TV, Bose stereo with airplay, and roku player to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is at the core of the house and opens up to the living room and dining room. The fresh reclaimed wood cabinets add a pop of color and character. Lee Broom style decanter pendants overhang a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, and the dining room offers a solid butcher block table with new cushioned chairs to provide ample space for your group or family to dine. The kitchen just received brand new Samsung SS kitchen appliances for guests who wish to enjoy some home cooked meals. Flatware, plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle, wine glasses all provided to make your stay more comfortable. Casa Edison is ideal for 2-5 people, and can sleep 5-6 comfortably. The 2 main bedrooms are equally large in size and offer Queen Sealy posturepedic firm pillow top mattresses with fresh linens, gel foam pillows, and comforters. Closet space with hangers and dressers for clothing provided. The 3rd bedroom or “Arizona Room” offers a full size daybed with a brand new innerspring memory foam mattress. The Arizona Room also provides separate space in the house to relax with a reading chair, and desk for those who need to get a little work done during their stay. Enjoy Arizona sunrises and sunsets from the front porch, or while you take a walk through the neighborhood. Casa Edison’s property is situated on a large lot with lots of natural desert vegetation. Enjoy a cool desert evening by the outdoor patio chimney space. You can use fresh mesquite wood from the property! There is easy public transit and while convenient to have a car, depending on the purpose of your trip, you can choose not to have a car.
