This Guest House is just a Block away from Our other Listings!! ( Read the Reviews on them and you'll know this is gonna be a Great Place to Visit Kids in College or to escape the Winter Elements. Recently Remodeled in 2017, the Place is absolutely beautiful. All we need to do is furnish it. If you look at our other listings ( 663815 ) ( 960915 ) ( 969240 ) You'll see that we have great taste :-) The Property has full kitchen, free wifi, Big Back Yard, Room for Rv, Covered Patio for entertaining, A/C and heat ( 0f Course ) Off Street Covered parking, Washer / Dryer , Tv, Direct Tv- We Live in the neighborhood and are always available to answer questions and give recommendation for restaurants or attractions. We love coming to this property and any of Taylor and Yuko's places they not only make it feel like home they make it look like home, we visit our daughter who is in college and it's right down the road close to everything, I...More

Cozy/Comfortable and trustworthy owners.

Taylor &Yuko are so giving, genuine, and trustworthy people that my 48 day stay was a pleasure. The property is cozy and centrally located and when I did need something, Taylor & Yuko responded in minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this neighborhood for its charm - local park, great neighbors, quietness, great for taking the Beach Cruiser out - and it so centrally located to EVERYTHING worth doing in Tucson!!! Reid Park - 5 min - Downtown - 7 min - Hiking 10 min - Sprouts / Whole Foods / Fry's - 5 min. And ..... Great Restaurants Within 5 - 10 min tops !!
