Villetta Montali is a modern comfortable and welcoming holiday home in the south of Sardinia. The house is on a private gated seaside estate: you can walk safely to the beach is just 5 minutes! The patio leading off the kitchen has a large teak dining table with sturdy chairs and an attractive barbeque-cum-pizza oven, one of the most popular features along with the outside cubicled shower, heated by the solar panel. The beach is a 350m walk, and is pure golden sand and very safe for swimming. A small marina is 500m to the north east and the beach stretches a further 4 km towards the south-west. The local supermarket is a 5 minute walk and kiosks on the beach sell coffees, drinks, snacks and ice-creams. The lively town of Pula is 10 km to the north east and offers many restaurants, bars and pizzerias as well as shopping until midnight and family entertainment in the piazza during summer.More

The house is available from 3.30 p.m. on the arrival day, and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the departure day. If circumstances permit, other times can be agreed on. We request a damages deposit of €uro 250 to be paid on arrival – this is forfeit if damage occurs and also if the rubbish isn't trashed in the rubbish bin accordingly with the urban separation system (instructions provided).Rubbish must be trashed by guests. A nice compact modern villa in a gated spacious long established estate under the pine trees. 5 minutes walk to the beach through the estate. Local supermarkets and pizzarias, 15 minute drive from Pula town.

Great location, light, spacious and comfortable house, very clean, fully equipped and air-conditioned. Beautiful garden. Guido and Audrey are wonderful hosts, attending to any need or request promptly. We came to the house for the first time in 2012 just as it was fully remodelled....More

Santa Margherita di Pula was until fairly recently a farming area in the narrow plain between the mountains and the sea on this stretch of the west side of the Gulf of Cagliari, which makes up most of the south coast of Sardinia.
