Holiday Rental House
Detached chalet in residence, with veranda overlooking the sea. The building is located on top of Cala Sapone promontory on the West side of the island, 10 min drive from Sant'Antioco main town. It offers a fully fenced garden and a sheltered veranda (really important when the Mistral wind is blowing!) equipped for dining outside and for bbq. The inside has been fully refurbished in 2017 and the arrangement consists of a living room with adjacent kitchen (with induction hob), two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two singles (double option by merging), bathroom with shower (no bidet but with douchette). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for additional 2 places. Private car park in front of the house. N.B. Tap water is suitable for cooking but not for preparing the coffee.. :-) Keep in mind to buy a good reserve of fresh water at the supermarket! For the cooler months (from late November until late April), the house has a fireplace and hot water boiler, but no central heating, since this is originally a summer holiday house!More

Getting around
A more panoramic (but longer!) route to reach the house can be followed by driving from the airport towards Chia and then following the coastal SP71 till porto Tramatzu Then rejoin the SS195 till the Island of Sant'Antioco. Beautiful sceneries and secluded beaches along the route!
