The house is on three levels, connected by a welcoming and airy staircase. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom: the BLU bedroom is composed of a large bedroom, a full bathroom and a cozy sitting room with sofa for reading or relaxing. The LILLA bedroom is perhaps the most romantic and chic with rustic original stone walls, vaulted ceiling and original washbasin in the fully-equipped bathroom. On the second floor are two more bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The PIETRA (stone) room might be considered the most beautiful room of the house thanks to the wonderful exposed original stonework, a four-poster bed, a romantic balcony and a unique alcove sitting room. The second bedroom has a double bed, suitable for two children or a single. All bedrooms are equipped with high quality mattresses, bed and bathroom linens. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and television. On the top floor, a large and fully-equipped country kitchen offers lots of space for cooking as well as dining. Well-ventilated and tastefully decorated, the kitchen adjoins an adjacent sitting-room/library, with a view over the valley and river. The library's comfy sofa is an ideal spot to explore the well-stocked bookcase, which includes books in various languages and maps and guides for exploring Sardegna. Finally, a few steps from the library is the wonderful rooftop terrazzo (terrace), a place to sip your morning cappuccino and breathe in the panoramic view, stretch out and soak in the afternoon sun or enjoy dinner by candlelight under the stars. Tastefully furnished, with a large wooden table and chairs, umbrella and wicker lounges, the terrazzo also has a delectable selection of fresh herbs (in season) ready to be snipped and added to your sauce, salads or tea!More
