Luxury two storey penthouse in centre of Zell am See (50m to pedestrian zone).1075 square foot (100 square metre) apartment and 30 square metre balcony with mountain and lake views. Furnished to very high standard ensuring a comfortable stay. Balcony wraps around living room with views of the ski slopes and Lake Zell, both of which are about 250 metres away. SECURITY DEPOSIT, CLEANING CHARGE & VISITOR TAX (KURTAX):- A Security Deposit of €500 is payable in cash on arrival to my property manager who looks after the house and the guests. Visitor Tax (Kurtax) of €1.05 per head per night (for those over 15 years of age) is payable to Austrian authorities together with a Cleaning Charge of €150 (includes bed linen, towels and soap). GUEST COMMENTS “Great apartment with amazing views” - We (my family and partner) stayed in this apartment over New Year's. The apartment is really close to the slopes if you are there for skiing (about a 5 minute walk carrying the skis and poles, probably shorter without) and has amazing views- the slopes on one side of the living room, and the lake on the other side. The terrace is a good size- although we didn't hang out there much as it was very cold for most of our stay. The apartment is also very close to the centre of the village- all the shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are within a 5 minute walking distance. Great place to stay all around. “Everything Expected and More”- My Family of seven adults stayed in this apartment over the New Year's week. We had both skiers and non-skiers and the location was excellent for everything we needed. From a highlights perspective: It is exactly as advertised, the owner is professional and organized to insure everything goes perfectly, the two large windows on the upper floor give you a view of see and mountains (I doubt there is another apartment similar and for New Year's fireworks a great viewing location ), the location is extremely close to the slops and train station so you don't need a car, but if you have one there is also a great parking place. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit the area! “One of the Best' - Great location, state of the art balcony... you see everything, well equipped kitchen... we cook everyday. I don't want to say, make this apartment your first choice, I don't want you to beat me to it next year ;). Don't worry about the parking space, the apartment's is spacey, I parked a 9-seater van. Overall, the apartment made my vacation better. 'Perfect family apartment with amazing views and great location' - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Zell Am See. We were two families traveling with children aged 1 to 8. The apartment was perfect for us as it had three bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were on the lower level so we could put the kids to bed in quiet and continue on in the living room. The apartment is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and very close to many restaurants, a Spar, ski lifts and bus stop. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful- ski slopes on one side and the lake and more mountains on the other. We would definitely stay there again. 'Everything one needs in Zell' - My wife, 5 year old son and I spent 9 days in this absolutely wonderful apartment. It is in an excellent position, condition and is everything one needs. It is indeed a home away from home. We will definitely be back to Zell and would not even for a second consider staying anywhere else. 'Great Place in Heart of Zell Am See” - Some friends and I stayed at the O'Hara apartment in Zell Am See for 4 nights over Easter weekend. This was such a great place right in the heart of town and only a couple minute walk to the ski lifts. There are absolutely fantastic views of the lake and the mountain from the awesome wrap around balcony. It was also very nice to have a parking spot so we were able to arrive with a car and use that to go visit other ski areas. Overall, this is a wonderful apartment and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Zell Am See 'Best Spot in Zell' - Great skiing and an absolutely beautiful apartment. Close to everything with amazing views. Couldn't ask for more. We will be back! 'Excellent apartment' - Excellent apartment! The apartment had very good standard, and all the comfort you need. View from the apartment is just gorgeous, overlooking the lake and up to mountains. Close to both city center and ski lifts. Can recommend this one! 'Very nice apartment, great location” - We (4 adults, 3 young children) stayed in this great apartment during our skiing holiday. Would certainly recommend it. Nicely furnished and decorated, good beds, enough space, great kitchen and perfect location. We were especially happy with all the information and tips we got from the owner. About the neighbourhood
Zell is a vibrant town with good night-life, concerts, restaurants. There are two 18 hole championship golf courses just five minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bus. “Don't waste time trying anywhere else” - Your second home is wonderful. Everything we expected (and hoped for). We loved the place. It is very comfortable, spacious and clean. A real home from home. The views are great . Everything is within easy walking distance, and, having a car parking space at the property, getting anywhere was simple. We wished we had stayed for two weeks. Will we come back to Zell? Without a doubt. Where will we stay? There's only one place, and that's Apartment O'Hara. Michael, thanks for all your help, we had a great time.

“Amazing views” - Many thanks. We had a fabulous time. The apartment was excellent in everyway. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in visiting that neck of the woods. Our whole trip and holiday was perfect. When I saw the views of both the frozen lake and the snow filled mountains with the gondolas moving up and down I was mesmerized. The Apartment was lovely, probably the best holiday I have had to date. The skiing conditions were perfect and the location of the apartment was a bonus as we didn't have to travel far for anything. We had a great holiday. The apartment is in a very good location. Upstairs is very tastefully finished and it was a pleasure to spend time during the day & evening in it. Thanks once again.
