Surrounded by an ever-changing palette of wildflowers, and panoramic views of mountains and water, Aimee's Guest House is located in 10 acres of meadow on the bank of the Salmon River. The building is the former Salmon River Smokehouse—a thriving fish-processing business for 13 years. It now houses three comfortable self-catering apartments.

This is a wonderful location, very convenient to stores, food, and galleries. The ferry dock and the airport are each two miles from the Guest House. Glacier Bay National Park is eight miles away.

This unique town deserves (and the cleaning lady requires) a 3-night minimum stay. Space is reserved upon receipt of one-half the rental fee. Full payment + 4% bed tax is due 30 days before your arrival. Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be given if your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival. After this, refunds apply only if the room can be re-booked

Situated on 10 acres of river meadow, your vacation home is surrounded by an ever-changing palate, and enjoys a panoramic views of mountains, ocean and meadows. Our Community Garden is just across the River from the Guesthouse, and you'll often see gardeners busy at working their crops.

Aimee's Guest House is a great place to just relax and put your feet up in a beautiful environment, or to stroll down to the river to watch wildlife or go fishing. If you're feeling more ambitious, Gustavus offers abundant opportunities for hiking, kayaking, whale-watching, golfing, ocean fishing, and glacier viewing.
