The apartment is located on East 30th street which is a tree lined street with brownstones. The neighborhood is amazingly convenient. My past flatmate shared that she had no idea how convenient and pleasant it would be to live in this part of town. She had initially looked on the West side.
The apartment is bright, sunny and spacious with fabulous open city views from every room. There are two bedrooms, two baths with large spacious loft-like living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with convenient pull out shelves and a pantry closet. And a balcony with amazing open expansive city views for morning coffee and sweet sunsets and a rooftop for added views.
