Put your feet up and wind down.Enjoy the cozy charm of exposed brick walls, wide plank floors, a fireplace & original oil paintings. The Living Room has a queen sized sofa in classic muted colors and 2 chairs fold open into single beds as well as a black leather arm chair with a fold out ottoman. . A cushioned single Bahama bed is convenient for another guest. if you prefer, we can add a high quality queen size air bed on legs for you although this takes up a lot of room if you leave it open during the day time. A quaint 150 year old opaque glass wall separates the living room & bedroom. Pamper yourself with an excellent night's sleep and wake up refreshed in the queen size bed with quality linens,a fluffy feather duvet & lots of extra pillows. There's plenty of room for all of your clothes and shopping sprees in a wall of custom fitted closets. The en suite marble bathroom has a small tub with shower and a glamorous glass vanity.Have a bite to eat when ever you feel like it in your separate & full eat-in kitchen with extra large double door refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, full stove with oven & full size dishwasher. The kitchen is nicely equipped with microwave, coffee pot, pots & pans, dishes, glassware and flatware. T he dining area with cushioned window seat overlooks the peaceful garden. If you don't feel like cooking, just order in from the many nearby restaurants or have the grocery stores deliver.An adjacent 2-room 1/2 bath duplex suite has a library/bedroom with an over sized double sofa bed. Private interior stairs lead to a large upstairs bedroom with 2 twin size beds that can be made up into a king size bed & a single ottoman bed. A marble 1/2 bath is off of this room. This is a no smoking apartment for your comfort. Smoking in the garden is always okay.The apartment is one of 3 units in a private townhouse. It is on the garden floor in the back & is exceptionally quiet, clean, safe and secure. The owners live in the apartment upstairs. The rental rates are for 2 guests in the apartment. Add the suite for $1095 a week or $225 a day. Additional guests up to 10 total are $45 a day. More

The responsible guest must be 25 or older. All adult guests must sign a guest agreement & provide photo ID. Only guests listed on the guest agreement may enter the property at any time. Additional Visiters pay a fee of $35/day $45 overnight. Smoking is allowed in the garden.Butts must be disposed of in the ash tray . If not, the security deposit will be retained in full. Only body waste & toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilet. If guests clog the toilet they must pay the plumber.

Unusual opportunity

We stayed at Marea’s apartment for 10 nights. It was spacious , had a huge yard for manhattan , an adequate kitchen , and large rooms . I would recommend this apartment to families or large groups.
