There are several canals, ponds, and lakes within a short walking distance including a small park and playground for children. The outdoor enthusiast will find at the ready such activities as fishing, horseback riding, boating, hiking and exploring the everglades. The Florida keys are 30-45 minutes away.

This home was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and even had some staples in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice place to stay. Large TV was great for watching the Patriots win the super bowl!More

Cozy, quiet, quaint. This community centrally located to shopping of every kind and consists of a collection of Townhouses and single family homes. A variety of services are standard including security, landscaping, Cable TV and WiFi. As you venture out away from the community in any direction, you'll find what you're shopping for within minutes. There's Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Walmart and a great number of restaurants within 2-3 miles. Major shopping centers, strip malls, Home improvement centers, fine dinning and entertainment can be easily accessed within 5-10 miles.

Airport: Miami Internation Airport: 40.0 km
From Miami Airport follow signs and join SR-836 West for 6.4 miles and bear right to exit then left to follow SR826 South for 4.9 miles. Take the exit on the left for SR-874 South for 6.8 miles and then follow signs to join SR-821/Florida Turnpike for 11.2 miles and take exit 6 for Speedway Blvd. Turn right at the light onto SW 137 Ave/Tallahassee Road for 476ft and make the first left onto SW 272 St for 0.4 miles. Make the 4th right to stay on SW 272 St for 0.1 mile and then turn right onto 140 PSGE. Bear right to take the one-way street to the end, turn left, turn left again to complete the U-turn. 27158 SW 140 PSGE will be the second to the last unit on your right.
