We wanted our home to feel like a 5 star hotel yet still feel like home. Great location! It's a spacious Brand New 3 bedroom in a new development. Culturally diverse neighborhood with lots of authentic mom and pops restaurants. Half a block away from the Seattle Link Light Rail. Ride the light rail from Sea Tac Airport to this location. You can right the light rail to Safeway to get groceries then back.

Then a short ride to Century Link, Safeco, Downtown Seattle, Chinatown or the University of Washington. A car is not needed for a stay at this home although we do have a garage for you to park at.

About the neighbourhood
The light rail is less than a 4 minute walk away, which provides you a variety of stops for you to explore the city.

Very culturally diverse neighborhood with lots of mom and pop authentic restaurants near by. Columbia City is a short drive or a couple of light rail ride away with lots more restaurants and coffee shops.

Seward Park is an amazing park within the city and offers a lot to see and do including nice hiking trail. Or a beautiful view of the lake and mountain!

One of the reasons why we love our townhome is that it is less than 1 block away from the Ranier Beach Link Light Rail that runs every 6 to 15 minutes until 1 a.m. You can catch the light rail from Sea Tac Airport straight to our home. It will take you to most places in Seattle including:

- Tukwila/International Blvd (near South Center Mall)
- Othello
- Columbia CIty
- Mount Baker
- Beacon Hill
- SODO (south of Downtown)

Ride the light rail from Sea Tac Airport to this location. It was take you and drop you off just about across the street. Or get a car and take I5 North and exit off the MLK exit. Drive down a couple of miles and you will be here!
