The space

Escape to your Historic Snohomish Getaway. Enjoy this newly remodeled suite with its own private entrance. This suite is attached to a historic home built in 1904, just one block from the First Street, the main street in Snohomish. Snohomish is the antique capital of the Northwest and has attractions nearby. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting rooms or enjoy the many little boutiques filled with unique treasures.

This adorable suite is 30 miles from Seattle and Bellevue and is perfect for a quick escape, a business trip or a convenient nest while you are in town visiting family. Private entrance, comfortable king bed, .75 bath (shower, sink, toilet) with adorable kitchenette.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, popcorn maker, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, cutting board, silverware, dinnerware, mug, glasses as well as tea, coffee and popcorn maker.

While this is a charming and comfortable space, it is not suitable for children or partiers. This is a nice family neighborhood located next to the Feather Ballroom and other popular wedding venues. You will likely hear live music coming from venues not far away.

For your pleasure, we have partnered with Blanc and Rouge Wine for some spectacular wine and craft beverages that can be pre-ordered and waiting for you in your suite.

Guest access

Parking: Parking on in this cul-de-sac is with permit only. As our guest, you have free parking in the cul-de-sac, with our permit displayed on your car dashboard, if there is a space available. If the cul-de-sac is full, street parking in Snohomish is free. Please do not block the driveways or fire hydrant. We will have a 'Parking Permit' hanging on just inside of the suite door. Please place this on the dashboard of your car so that neighbors know that you have permission to be on site.

**Please be sure to return the permit to it's hanging place when you check out. We will have to charge a loss fee of $25 if it is not returned.

The separate entrance to the suite is easily recognized by its purple door and is located on the back side of the house. To access the suite walk around the house using the driveway left side of the house, turn right and use the porch steps to walk down to the suite door. A digital lock has been installed for your convenience.

For those interested in staying, it’s important to note that this location may not be easily accessible to those who have mobility issues and/or devices. We, unfortunately, have not been able to make this suite accessible to all so far. We hope to accommodate you in the future.

If there is any confusion locating the entrance, please call us and do not disturb our long-term renters that live on the upstairs floor. We have lighted the path down the driveway to the suite's private deck and entrance.

Other things to note

This small space has been remodeled specifically to accommodate vacation and business short term renting.

Your welcome basket will include resources and information about local things to do and places to visit.
The kitchenette will have locally roasted Vista Clara coffee and popcorn to enjoy after a fun day in town.

Interaction with guests

We do not live on site but everything is arranged for you to have a soft landing when you arrive.

Please do not disturb the long-term tenants. They like their privacy.

If you need anything, please contact Brian or Marilene.
It helps us to be available if we know about what time you plan to arrive.

We have tried to make your stay a comfortable one by providing complimentary drinks and popcorn. There are also emergency personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Feel free to enjoy them if you forgot something at home.

The perfect spot to enjoy the great town of Snohomish. Walking distance to everything, great value, nice little local touches. Just a lovely place to stay.

This family neighborhood containing historic homes around a cul-de-sac make this known as the gem of Historic Snohomish. This is not a party place and is meant for a maximum of two guests.

There are many things to do in this area - Enjoy the River Walk or Centennial Trail. Did you know that Snohomish has a warm salt water swimming pool? It is also very popular for cycling, hiking, skydiving, skiing close by, shopping, spa days, dining and live music.

The private door and deck to the suite is around back of the house. Follow the rope lights down the driveway. The keypad code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. Press the top button 'Schlage' and then enter the last 4 digits of your phone number. Just turn the dial and knob to open the door. When you leave, please follow the same steps to lock the door.
