Situated on a 2 acre park-like setting, you can take a stroll along our pond where you will experience the abundant sights and sounds of nature surrounding you. A covered deck, with beautiful morning sunlight on the entrance to the cabin, boasts a conversation/dining area for peaceful relaxation. Next to the pond, there is a gazebo with comfortable seating and a propane fire pit for another area to relax. Enjoy the warmth of the fire pit with the tranquil sound of the water near the gazebo. There is a cozy bedroom on the main floor with queen bed and bathroom also located on the first level of the cabin. Up a rustic staircase to the second level, you will find a full-sized loft sleeping area and another sitting area with a TV where the kids can get away to enjoy their own space. Another full bathroom is located on the second level as well. Just outside the town of Plain, 15 minutes from Lake Wenatchee & Fish Lake, 25 minutes from the Leavenworth Bavarian Village, and 35 minutes from Stevens Pass makes 'Nature Acres' a great place to get away for a weekend with enjoyable, beautiful attractions nearby. A nice place to slow down from the fast paced life of the city. Important to know about this home: This home sits on 2 acres This home is 1100 Sq. Ft. This home sleeps 6 This home has 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin beds This home has 2 full bathrooms This home has FREE WiFi This home has basic cable This home has an electric fireplace This home has a propane grill This home has a propane fire-pit This home is Not Pet friendly Fees Vary By Season, Festival Dates and Holidays. The base occupancy rate for this property is for the first 2 guests. Any additional guests over the base occupancy will be $25.00 per guest per night up to the maximum occupancy of ­­­­6 people. Children age 2 and under are FREE. Additional fees include a housekeeping fee, a 6% Resort Fee which covers credit card fees and property up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages. Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot permit single night stays under any circumstance. We have a 2 night minimum stay for regular dates and a 3 night minimum stay over federal holidays. This home will require 4WD, AWD, or chains during winter months. PLEASE NOTE: This is a privately owned vacation home. The owners (based on fire marshal regulations, Chelan County rental regulations and out of respect to the communities we live and work in) allow a maximum of 6 guests under the rental contract. There are never to be more than 6 guests staying at the property during any rental contracted period of time. If more than the contracted number of guests are found on the property the contract will be null and void and guests will be required to vacate with no refund. Please understand and note that we are legally bound to adhere to our contracts with out owners and regulations. We respect and appreciate the efforts that allow us to offer vacation rentals for all to enjoy.
