The Padova is a lovely Italian inspired 2-bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in every room, washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi. We are located in one of the most desirable areas of the oceanfront, a brief 3-minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. From your front door you will be able to walk to restaurants, shops and more! For your cooking needs, we provide a wonderful garden with fresh vegetables and herbs. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I stayed at this housing unit for a 5 day 4 night vacation and it was the worst service. On our first day our AC unit was not working, I called right away. They told me the unit was “frozen” when it was on auto...More

Better

After moving from Unit 2701 to this Unit, it was better, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. There are still some cleaning issues that need to be addressed.

Plaza 2700, a YPB resort is located just block and half away from the beach (3-minute walk), designed with Tuscan styling and detailed with Italian theme throughout. Located in “Old Beach” section of the oceanfront, you will find yourself just steps from several grocery stores, numerous restaurants, pharmacies, entertainment, and of course the beach.
Getting around
•We are a 3min walk to the sand, restaurants, grocery stores and more! • This condominium has a private parking lot for guests. A Parking pass will be located inside the unit upon arrival. Parking is limited to 1 standard sized vehicle in the parking lot. •Cheries Bike & Blade Rental is just a short walk and is located on 24th street. You can rent bikes and roller blades. •Uber & Lyft drivers frequent this area and is also a popular form of transportation. •Street parking and public garages are located up and down the oceanfront area for convenience.
