Horrible.

The Positano floor buckled seperating it from the bedroom wall. We had to completely move to another one. When we got into that one the air conditioner wasn't working. Maintenance man had to get clean filters in the vents. By day 3 the air conditioner...More

About the neighbourhood

Plaza 2700, a YPB resort is located just block and half away from the beach (3-minute walk), designed with Tuscan styling and detailed with Italian theme throughout. Located in “Old Beach” section of the oceanfront, you will find yourself just steps from several grocery stores, numerous restaurants, pharmacies, entertainment, and of course the beach.

Getting around

•We are a 3min walk to the sand, restaurants, grocery stores and more! • This condominium has a private parking lot for guests. A Parking pass will be located inside the unit upon arrival. Parking is limited to 1 standard sized vehicle in the parking lot. •Cheries Bike & Blade Rental is just a short walk and is located on 24th street. You can rent bikes and roller blades. •Uber & Lyft drivers frequent this area and is also a popular form of transportation. •Street parking and public garages are located up and down the oceanfront area for convenience.
