Chalet Calvert is privately owned home that has been designed and built to specification in 2007. It is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard and has been awarded "Four Star Luxury" by the Swiss Tourist Board in Gstaad. It is suitable for families or groups of friends and has a large living/dining area for socialising.<BR><BR>The chalet is light, spacious (220 sq m) and elegantly furnished on 3 floors. All the rooms have uninterrupted south-facing views over Zweisimmen and the Gstaad resort mountain slopes. The chalet is located on the edge of the village but is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village, local shops and the railway station. The location is very quiet with a south facing balcony for sunbathing!

Dear Simon & Jackie, I went to Chalet Calvert with a group of 10 people for close to 10 days. Our time in your home at Zweisimmen was wonderful with every possible convenience we could imagine. We appreciate your care to detailing. One of our best experiences across Europe. We hope to suggest to all our friends. Stay in touch.

I just fell in love with this place I wish to get back one day.we were two families we felt very private in the villa .they took the basement we took the first floor and we would gather at the ground floor for chats and dinning.the view from the balcony is to die for.so breathtaking.but its not a good location...

Catered weeks considered on individual request and prices start from £450 per person/week

Changeover day is Saturday/Sunday. Arrival from 16.00 and checkout is 10.00.

Groups of more than 10 people may be considered upon individual request.

Payment terms are 25% to reserve the chalet with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

A damages deposit of 200 CHF is payable with the balance and will be returned within 2 weeks of leaving the chalet.

There are excellent travel links to Zweisimmen.<BR>Flights to Basel followed by a 2 hour car journey or a 3 hour train journey.<BR>Alternatively there are flights to Geneva which is a 2.5 hour car journey or 3 hours by train.<BR>A smaller airport, Bern is only a 1 hour car journey from the house or 1.5 hour train journey.<BR>The chalet is a 7 minute walk from Zweisimmen railway station.<BR>Easyjet fly to Basel as do Swiss from London City.
