Situated close to the coast and adjacent to a championship golf course the apartment is ideal for family holidays, couples and golfers. The apartment has a patio leading onto a garden area with a swimming pool adjacent and is about three quarters of a mile from the beach - approx. 15 minutes’ walk or a couple of minutes by car. A supermarket, cafe, bars, a pizzeria and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. There are 6 excellent tennis courts just 5 minutes’ walk away. There is a cafe / bar a minutes’ walk away and is ideal for a pre or post dinner drink. Pals - a delightful medieval village is situated nearby and really is worth a visit. Parking space is provided to the rear of the apartment. The pool has a shallow end as well as a deep end. As well as having a garden outside the apartment there is a shaded copse of pine trees just 20 meters to the left. Ideal for children to play. The apartment sleeps 4 - there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Its ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Our agents leave an information folder under the coffee table which is relevant for our guests - it is quite informative. It covers such things as: Banks Chemists Doctors Hospitals Churches Fiestas Office contact details Places to Visit Restaurants Sporting facilities Museums Markets Excursions Golf Shopping and Supermarkets Useful Phone numbers Book Swap If you’ve forgotten to take something to read don’t worry, there are loads in the sideboard in the apartment. Feel free to swap any of your books with the ones in the sideboard. Stereo system There is a Sony stereo system with CDs in the drawers in the sideboard. iPod Player There is a Sony iPod player, so you can take your own music to play. TV New 70cm TV just installed with DVD player Bed Linen If you are staying 2 weeks, the bed linen is changed after the first week. There is WiFi suitable for downloading emails included in the holiday price. For heavier usage it's possible to pay a small surcharge to connect to Altanetica Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: HUTG-007362More

Fantastic base to explore local area

Accommodation perfectly located. Walking distance to beach and tennis courts, pool on doorstep. Lots of beautiful villages and coves to explore in area, so car recommended. Owners extremely helpful with tips on where to go and visit and eat. Will return.

About the neighbourhood

Playa De Pals is the beach of Pals. The picturesque medieval village of Pals is a couple of kilometres away. It is a pretty area with lots of small rural villages with great value restaurants to visit in the evenings. The fishing villages around Begur provide lovely coves to visit each day for the beach and swimming.

Getting around

There are taxi services and bus services, but a car is the ideal way. Cycling is fine on roads that are usually smooth surfaced. Cycle hire is available nearby.
