Changeover day is a FRIDAY. No hen or stag parties are permitted. All visitors are required to register with the local police, Mossos d'Esquadra, before or within 24 hours of arrival. This is facilitated for you through our local managing agent. All visitors 16+ are required to pay the Catalan Tourist Tax on arrival. This is not included in the rental fee. Parents of children under 16 are required to complete and sign a Tourist Tax waiver form before or on arrival.

The house is situated on a hillside, which enables the panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Emporda natural park from the house. The house is 3km from the nearest beach, and has a wide range of activities available within short distances. Main roads are relatively traffic-free and give fast access to local towns, and to the cities of Girona (45 minutes) and Barcelona (1.5 hours).
Getting around
A car is essential. Many activities are within a very short drive, but apart from shopping, a car is required for most activities. The nearest beach is 3km from the house. The area is ideal for cycling. Cycles can be rented in advance and delivered to the house for rentals of 48 hours or more.
