Lovely detached four bedroom, five bathroom villa. Situated in a quiet position in approximately one acre of land. Our house was built around 7 years ago and is still like new. It is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, log burner, new TV and DVD player. The rooms are large and bright with triple glazing and electric shutters, there is also air conditioning/heating in all the rooms. The house is alarmed and secure with a perimeter wall, gated entrance and the English managers live 10 minutes away and are very helpful should you have any queries. The linen is changed weekly. There is a downstairs bathrooom within the house which has a shower, toilet and basin for those with difficulty climbing the stairs. The annexe also has an ensuite bathroom. Casa Oliveira is situate a short distance from Alcantarilha, with its shopes and restaurants and is halfway along the Algarve so has convenient access to Faro, Albufeira and Lagos. Amendoeira Golf and Sports Resort is only a short drive away. There is a Bistro/bar within a short walking distance which boasts a very good tennis court. The Villa is approximately 10 mins drive from the long, sandy Armacao de Pera beach but if you dont fancy the beach, it has a lovely pool which measures 8m x 4m with plenty of area around for the sunbeds. We have a large grass area for the kids to play on and an outside BBQ for al fresco entertaining. The Villa is in a rural area which is also ideal for cycling, walking and bird watching. A car is essential.More

Brilliant family villa

Fantastic, relaxing stay in beautiful villa and idyllic rural location

Absolutely stunning villa, has everything you needed for a wonderful holiday

Countryside location with beach nearby

Dissapointing and over priced.

Villa not geared up for rental purposes ie. not enough utensils/equipment. Dirty Fridge. Outdoor space poorly laid out with not enough seating areas or umbrellas for shade. No satellite TV or Wi-Fi only a very old TV that did not work properly. Overall very disappointing...More
