This is the most relaxing place: calm, beautiful and cozy. And so much outdoor space all to yourself! Great as a base or to spend some days just reading, watching deer and exploring the area. We loved it.

About the neighbourhood
This area is known for Craig Creek, the James River and The Cow Pasture River; for tubing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. With Roaring Run, the George Washington National Forest and the Jefferson National Forest; hiking and outdoor activities are endless! This particular lot has no one living on one side and a full time neighbor on the other. National Forest in the front yard and Craig creek in the back. Only access is the Historic Phoenix RR Bridge both Ball Park Rd and Craig Valley Rd are dead ends. Meaning no through traffic. Yet you can reach Daleville or Clifton Forge in 30 minutes or so with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Far enough out but close enough in....
