The bus station is just 100 meters away for different destinations such as Malaga or Fuengirola & Marbella, you can walk everywhere. You will find a Municipal Racket Club, specifically for the practice of sports such as Tennis or Padel 5 minutes, Taxis, Bil-Bil Castle, Las Palomas Park 15 minutes walk, Puerto Marina 2km, Tivoli a half an hour walking, Mercadona 5 min walk, McDonalds 5 min and many other shops. Rules of behavior - read carefully please The standard of the apartment regarding disturbances, loud music and parties in the apartment is clear: THEY ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please do not make noise at the entrance of the building, stairs and in the apartment. The client who makes the rental reservation will be responsible for the correct behavior of the people traveling with him / her. If the client or any companion does not behave in a correct manner, the entire group of guests of the apartment must leave the apartment at the request of the owner without any right to claim or return money. We appreciate your collaboration at this point and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary for the good and normal coexistence of all of us. -Norms of the house: Of course not smoking (there is an outdoor smoking area on the terrace) Cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom after use. The apartment is delivered clean and tidy. The client must take care of the apartment and leave it in a reasonable state and without garbage. In order to respect our neighbors, parties are not allowed. The Number and identity of guests: The client will inform the owner of the number of guests in the Reserve. Only the persons indicated by the client in the Reservation document are authorized to use the apartment. Just spent 5 days in Benalmádena this apartment is so central and clean, so close to the beach and all amenities, our host Jojo couldn’t do enough for our family, would highly recommended 😊🔥👌😏😳

We stayed 10 days in this nice apartment, which is situated close to the supermarket, bars and bus stop. The apartment was clean and well maintained and had the essential things you need. We had a very relaxing enjoyable holiday.

There are a lot of buses from Benalmadena to parts of Malaga, Benalmadena, Fuengirola..and Also it is a very pleasant walk. If you download the free app consortium Malaga it has the bus and train details With maps, fares and timetables. Very handy indeed.
