This is a lovely family apartment with space for everyone. Please be aware that Pueblo Evita complex is built on a hill so there are a number of steps to the entrance of the apartment and also to enjoy the facilities that the resort has to offer. This does not put guests off as they return year after year. On entering the apartment the family bathroom is on the right and further along is the kitchen which is well equipped with a full oven & hob, washing machine and all the usual kitchen utensils. Opposite the kitchen area is a dining table and 6 chairs. There is an L - shaped sofa and a separate leather arm chair. The tv shows BBC, ITV etc., There is a CD player for guest use. There is also a sofa bed in here for a 5th guest if needed.Both bedrooms are accessed from the lounge area. The main double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and television. The twin room has patio doors leading to the enclosed terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The lovely thing about this apartment is the terraces. One for enjoying the sunshine and the view and the other is more for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing or on the beach. The outside terrace has two upright chairs which recline back and two sun loungers. There is also a table and 6 chairs. This terrace has a built in BBQ. The enclosed terrace has a small sofa and two easy chairs and coffee table. There is also a small dining table and chairs. The windows in here concertina to make the most of the view and fresh air. The two terraces are connected through a doorway.All in all this apartment offers great accommodation for families and couples alike. Pueblo Evita as a resort is very popular and as mentioned before guests return year after year. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools open April - October and one indoor which is open November to March although this may vary. Opening hours are always displayed. One outdoor pool is on the lower section of the complex which is where you will find the Clubhouse restaurant and Sam´s bar which also offers food and entertainment. The other outdoor pool is located on the rooftop and you are halfway there when you stay in this apartment. There is wi-fi available in certain areas of the complex and you may also be able purchase a wi-fi package from reception if you require it in the apartment. Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation. Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can. Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you. Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay. This apartment is managed by Benalrent a husband and wife team with 10 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings. Airport transfers can be arranged through our own website if required. On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys. For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €20 meet & greet charge. July holiday

Had a great time Apartment clean and tidy with large balcony Rooftop pool excellent with a great bar ( marvellous mojito s) Only downside , there is a steep hill to the apartment but you get used to it after a few days

Excellent location, great amenities and would highly recommend.

About the neighbourhood

Benalmadena is split into three areas being Benalmadena Pueblo the old Spanish style village, Arroyo De La Miel the busy town area where you will find the train station and Benalmadena Costa, the beach area. Benalmadena Pueblo has a quiet pace of life with white washed Spanish houses and a lovely square which is an ideal place to stop and have lunch. The church is worth a visit and outside has stunning views down to the coast. The local bull ring is here too. Arroyo De la Miel is a much busier area with shops and restaurants. Tivoli World Amusement Park is in Arroyo and this is where they hold one of the local Friday markets. The cable car runs from here and at the top you will be rewarded with a falconry display. Benalmadena Costa is the coastal area where you will find the world famou...

Getting around

The local bus service is cheap and reliable and the bus stops can be found on the main road less than 10 minutes walk away. From the local tobacconists shop you can purchase a bus card which you pre pay so you do not need cash each time you use the bus. This is very handy. You can visit Malaga, Fuengirola, Mijas all great places to visit while you are in the area. The train station in Arroyo de las Miel is about a 15 minute walk. There will be details on things to see and do in the apartment. You do not need a car to stay here.
