Such a lovely, tranquil home from home......

We have just spent a week at Casa Annabel in Carvajal. I booked it direct with the owner Sarah and received a lot of info before which included directions to the property and what to expect when we arrived. The casa was easy to find...More

About the neighbourhood
★Mi Jardin has the atmosphere of a Spanish pueblo & is set in beautifully maintained landscaped gardens.★Perfect if you want to relax and get away from it all and yet all that the Costa del Sol has to offer is easily accessible.★The beautiful blue flag Carvajal beach with its churinguito’s is a 15 minute (1.1km) walk away. ★N.B. it is a 20 minute-walk back as it is uphill. Why not treat yourself to a swim in the lovely pool on your way home. ★The pool is open from 1st March to 31st October from 10am-9pm (10pm July & August)★Beach/pool towels are provided. ★The shops, pavement cafes & bars are a 20 -minute walk (uphill) or 5 minutes and around 5€ in and Uber taxi. Aldi is only a further 5 minutes -walk away!
Getting around
★Carvajal train station is 20 minutes-walk or 5 minutes and around 5€ in an Uber taxi, making Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Malaga City and the Airport within easy reach. ★The trains run to the airport every 20 minutes and the station is inside the airport terminal ★The journey to the airport takes just under 30 minutes and costs just over 2€. ★ When booking flights please note that the train stops running between 2330 and 0530, however a taxi will cost around 35€. ★Airport transfers can be arranged on your behalf from 30€ ★There are bus stops at the top of the urbanizacion Torremar and also down by the beach. ★A car is therefore not necessary however it would be an advantage if you like to explore. ★ Free communal parking is available.
