Walk to Kings Beach 'Mets' Surf Club and have a drink overlooking the ocean, or head to the well-known Kings Beach Tavern. Indudge in the local Thai and Seafood restaurants in the area which are 5 star quality. Choices aplenty. Take the kids to Happy Valley where they can entertain themselves for hours on end on the extensive play equipment and of course, who could forget the beach where you can soak up the rays and laze on the soft sand all day. If you are in search ofsome retail therapy, just a 2 minute drive away is the Caloundra CBD where you can shop to your hearts content with a number of shops and boutiques to choose from, plus there are also many cafes along the main street when a coffee break is needed! The lounge room consists of two 2 seater couches, a single couch, a beanbag, a television and a DVD player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit 4. The kitchen is complete witha microwave, fridge, oven, cook top and all cooking utensils. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, shower over bath and the toilet in anadjacent room. The laundry offers a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum. There is a long balcony which sits off the lounge room and runs passedthe main bedroom. There is also a small balcony off the bathroom. A lock up garage for your convenience as well as apool at the rear of the complex. LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels,bath mats and hand towels) is not included in theprice. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrivalto organise linen hire. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the complex. Additional amenities: Full Kitchen
