Further to advice contained in the Committee Meeting Minutes of 17th July 2020 and given that Queensland School Holidays commence on Friday 18th September 2020, Gaze-A-Way Committee Members have reviewed again the closure of the Swimming Pool in the light of current Queensland Government Health Directions. Gaze-A-Way Committee Members have concluded unanimously that the Gaze-A-Way Swimming Pool should remain closed and unavailable for use until further notice in the best interests of Body Corporate Members and Occupants of the Gaze-A-Way building. The location of this unit and the views are second to none. Unfortunately it is in a state of neglect and in dire need of a detailed clean. I understand that steel corrodes by the sea but the door and window frames look like something...More
