This stunning first floor apartment is part of a converted listed Georgian manor house, is close to Pembroke town with it's Norman castle and numerous individual small shops (supermarket too, of course) and just a short drive from lovely Pembrokeshire beaches The beach at Freshwater East is around 5 miles and the popular seaside town of Tenby is around 10 miles. Other beaches within reach are the quiet beaches of Barafundel (one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world), Manorbier, Swanlake Bay, and th long wilder beach of Freshwater West known for its rolling coasters and laverbread hut. We had a fantastic stay in the loveley The Firs Appartement, very comfortable with everthing we needed. We can't quiet belive how "un-busy" everywhere was - no traffic jams, no car park problems - just two wunderful stressless weeks in Pembroke.More

Lovely space in a charming converted Georgian style building. The open plan kitchen/lounge is a real feature and it was easy to spend time there watching the view, the wildlife, the bees and birds and everything else. Good to have access to the wildlife reserve...More

About the neighbourhood
Pembroke is a pretty small town with everything for your needs, including greengrocer, butcher, supermarket, etc., as well as the usual gift and craft shops as well as charity shops for browsing, W.I market for local produce and home made cakes on Thursdays. The Pembroke Nature Reserve adjoins Holyland Garden Apartments and can be accessed by the gate at the bottom of the garden. There are lovely walks around Pembroke Castle and the mill pond walk with swans, ducks, cormorants, etc.

How to get there
The property is situated on the A4075 on the outskirts of Pembroke. As you approach Pembroke you will pass a sign on the right for Dill Road with Turnpike cottage on the left. Holyland Gardens is the next on the right. There is a sign in the gateway (the sign faces south so not very visible until you are there).
