The apartment is a duplex apartment, having open plan lounge and kitchen area to the ground floor and 2 en suite double bedrooms to the lower ground floor level, the apartment has sole use of the garden area directly in front of the apartment. From the lounge area there are magnificent views, to the East, there is the coast of Cardigan Bay to Harlech, Barmouth and beyond and to the West, Llanbedrog headland, Abersoch and St Tudwal's islands.

The property sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 ensuite double bedrooms and can accommodate a further 2 young children on folding beds. The property cannot accommodate 6 adults.

Perfect setting and wonderful views. The newly laid patio to the front of the property, for sole use of this apartment, is lovely and well presented. We enjoyed a few G&T’s listening to the waves breaking on the beach. Our three doggies enjoyed their holiday...More

Stayed here for the 2nd time for one week. Excellent location, 🐢 friendly. Beach is so beautiful, even with the great weather 😎😎 the beach was hardly populated Apartment is great, all home comforts, spacious and a great outside seating area. fabulous find

The ground floor of the apartment comprises a large, open plan kitchen and lounge area.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table and chairs.

From the kitchen, there is access to the rear communal area and to the designated parking at the rear of the property, each apartment having 1 parking space, parking on the roadside now incurs a small charge but a parking pass is provided for guest use.

The lounge area is decorated in a seaside theme, having seating for six, occasional furniture, large LCD television with Freesat channels and Amazon Firestick. Also in the apartment is an astronomical telescope. FREE WI - FI throughout the apartment.

We do not charge a security bond, we rely on the goodwill of guests (a number of which are repeat bookings) to leave the apartment clean and tidy. On changeover day there is only time for a general clean and inspection.

Please note that towels and bed linen are not presently provided.

During peak holiday times, the minimum booking period is 1 week and our changeover day is Saturday.

The LLeyn Peninsula is the part of North Wales that is bounded by Caernarfon in the North, Porthmadog in the South and Bardsey Island to the W

The peninsula is approximately 35 miles in length by about 8 miles wide, with much of the coastline being designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Secret coves, long sandy beaches, hidden valleys, mountains and Snowdonia close by. If you get the chance, head for Uchmynydd on a fine evening for the spectacular sunset – don't forget your camera.

Pwllheli is the market town of the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula, lying on the Southern side of the peninsula at the Northern end of Cardigan Bay and benefitting from the effects of the Gulf Stream. Pwllheli boasts an array of shops, weekly market and an internationally renowned marina.
