The three acre landscaped gardens, include a 250 foot loch garden for petanque, putting, fishing, mooring and launching small boats or kayaks from the slipway. The spacious open plan living area separates the king and twin bedrooms for maximum privacy. The living area offers comfy leather lounge seating, a wood burning stove and a dining table with 6 chairs next to a modern kitchen with integrated appliances, Ipod docking, Wifi throughout the house and patio and Sky Sports TV.

We stayed at Briar Steadings for 2 weeks. The accommodation has been carefully thought out and could not have been better. This is fantastic. We stayed is Little Briar, which is the small cottage. It was very compact, but very nice and cosy! Thanks especially to Kim and Fraser who were fantastic hosts and were extremely helpful. A fantastic place to stay!

We stayed at Briar Steading for a week in August, and it exceeded our expectations. The house itself is spacious, modern, very comfortable, and really well laid-out.
