Old School, Dunan is a fantastic waterfront semi-detached holiday cottage, perfect for family and friends looking to get away from it all! There are lovely views over Loch na Cairidh towards the Isle of Scalpay as well as Raasay and the mainland of Scotland in the distance. The cottage is about 4 miles from Broadford where you will find restaurants, shops and other local amenities. Old School, Dunan has two entrances, both of which have an area to leave wet jackets and muddy boots. The lounge is light and spacious with two sofa's to relax on and a window from which seat to soak up the sea views! There is a TV with access to internet TV, just bring your own log in details, and a few assorted games for more traditional nights in. The dining area has a table with six chairs for family meals and has views over both the back garden and sea views to the front. The utility room has a W.C., washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use. There is WiFi for guests to use. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and either sea views or garden views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, small wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinets and an ensuite with shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. The twin bedroom has a chest of drawers and an ensuite with shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. The third bedroom is another double bedroom with wardrobe, hairdryer and an ensuite with corner bath and shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin. Outside there is a lawn to the front of the property with views over Loch na Cairidh whilst the back garden has a lawn and a decking area with garden furniture to enjoy the summer evenings. The back garden has a mixture of walls and fence to enclose it for dogs, and there is a whirlygig to the front for drying clothes. Old School, Dunan welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. There is a £20 per dog per week fee payable.More
