The lounge area has deep sofas and comfortable chairs to relax in whilst enjoying the TV/DVD and the flame-effect electric fire. There is a dining table seating four,and a well-equipped kitchen area which offers an electric oven,gas hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,and dishwasher. The washer/dryer,meanwhile,is housed in a separate utility cupboard which also provides a handy storage space. The master bedroom is a double room which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC and a TV, whilst the second bedroom is a homely twin room. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside,there is a decked terrace to the front of the property,which features the wonderfully relaxing and private sunken hot tub which has the added luxury of an inbuilt iPod dock and speakers. Guests will also find garden furniture set out on the terrace,which provides the perfect space for enjoying alfresco meals and drinks. Guests are also able to make use of the inn’s grounds, located next door, which includes a fun children’s play area. We stayed here at Maple Lodge while we were visiting family in Cornwall. We like to book somewhere with a hot tub as a treat and where they allow dogs too. This Lodge is second to none and very well equipped and decorated. The kitchen...More
